GOOD MORNING! We are happy you
have joined us today to praise, listen and be fed by Almighty God. Whoever
you are and wherever you are on your journey of faith, you are welcome here! Holy Communion is
celebrated at each worship service and we invite all believers to receive the
sacrament with us. Children who commune at their home church are also welcome
here; if your child does not commune please bring him/her to the table for a
blessing. The ushers will direct you to the table. Please extend your hand
if you desire to commune.

Pastor Allan and Iris Thoreson, who have organized several bus trips, from the
Creative Retirement Organization, are planning a trip,September 28 - 30, 2010, to St. Paul, MN, to view the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit, at the Science Museum of Minnesota. In addition to
ancient Biblical documents from Israel and Palestine, the group will view the
one-of-a-kind Jerusalem Bible, as well as
a special I-Max film on the Middle East. The Dead Sea Scrolls, which have had a limited
showing in the United States, will be returned to Israel after
their exhibition in St. Paul. The guided tour will involve the travelers
with other sites of interest in the Twin Cities. The group will also
travel home via the Great River Road along the Mississippi River, during
the fall-color season. Lodging, most meals, admissions and transportation
are included in the cost of the trip. Rev. Allan and Iris Thoreson have
organized and conducted ten earlier bus trips for the Creative Retirement
Organization. Inquiries for additional information on the St. Paul trip
may be directed to the Thoreson’s at 641-753-7344, or Laura
